Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED Required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Experience working in a mental/behavior health field. Experience working with
adolescents and their families preferrred.
Licensure/Certification: Not Applicable.
Knowledge of:
o Computers, Microsoft Office products, electronic health record (if applicable), and Great
Plains.
o HopeWay’s mission, vision, values, and philosophy regarding extraordinary customer relations

o Operate office equipment such as a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine,
telephone, and general office equipment.
o Multitask/Work in a fast-paced environment with several competing demands.
o Assess and prioritize multiple tasks and demands; work within deadlines to complete projects
and assignments.
o Identify and recommend solutions to problems.
o Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, family members, guests,
the general public, associates, supervisors, providers, and staff.
