Technique Gymnastics is now hiring a Front Office Manager!
Our Company: Technique is a 38,000sq ft gymnastic facility that services Rancho
Cordova and surrounding cities. We offer boys & girls gymnastics, kinder gymnastics,
ninja/free-running gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, camps and teams.
Job Summary: You must be welcoming and outgoing, willing to assist where help is needed
and have a genuine passion for children and gymnastics. Your duties will mainly consist of
helping clients with class information, enrollment, billing, and payments in person, over the
phone and email and problem solving. Other duties such as restocking our boutique, scheduling
and staffing field trips, ordering supplies, helping sanitize frequently touched surfaces and clean
up bathrooms in between classes.
Gymnastics knowledge is preferred, but we will train the right personality. Social Media and
marketing experience is a plus.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-7:45pm (Summer) and Saturdays starting in the fall from
8:45am-1:45pm and potential increase in day time hours.
Responsibilities:
Passion for children and gymnastics
Ability to enroll students into classes efficiently
Process credit card, checks and cash payments over the phone or in person
Upsell classes to siblings or current students
Process billing statements on a monthly basis;
Tech savvy individual that is familiar with various types of software applications,
particularly Microsoft Office;
Problem solve and resolve client and student complaints;
Familiarity with gymnastics, website (word press), marketing or social media a plus.
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute on a computer keyboard;
Ability to create and generate relevant query reports;
Must possess exemplary customer service, attention to detail and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to follow processes and procedures effectively;
Must be able to perform light janitorial duties in and around the facility;
Efficient time management and multi-tasking skills a must;
Pay: $15-20/hour
