Rental of Facility
Rental fees for The Alpine Rose are $1300.
Fees include use of the building. A list of additional pricing for other amenities is attached.
Our caterers are Utah Foods, Cuisine Unlimited and R&R BBQ.

The fee is due in full one week before the event.
There will be a cleaning fee of $200 charged for clean-up after your event.
All rental fees subject to 7.85% sales tax.
Available Hours for Weddings and Ceremonies, Dinners & Receptions
11:00 am to 10:00 pm (outside) and 11 pm inside (For all events, 7 days a week, choose a 4 hour
period between these hours.) Your rental charge allows use of the space for up to 4 hours for
weddings and receptions. Access to the space is available 2 hours prior to your event. For example,
if your event begins at 6, you will be allowed access at beginning at 4 to decorate, band set up,
equipment set up, ect and your rental is from 6-10. We will work with you if you have rental
companies bringing tables, chairs, ect.
Bars, Dj’s & other Entertainment must end ½ hour before your event ends. All events at Brighton
must end by 10:00pm.
