CuroFinancialServicesmaychargeanupfront

feeforfinancialadvice.

TheInitialAdvicefee,ifapplicable,isbasedon

thescopeandcomplexityof

adviceprovidedto

you.Wewillagreethefeewithyoubefore

providingyouwithadvice

Hourlyrate

Foradhocinsuranceservicesourhourlyrateis

between$330to$660(GSTinclu sive)

Commissions

Wereceivecommissionsfrominsurance

productproviders.Thecommissionwillvary

dependingontherecommendedproductand

willbedocumentedintheSoAorRoA.



InsuranceCommissions

CuroFinancialServicesreceivesaone‐off

upfrontcommissionofupto66%whenyou

takeoutaninsurancepolicywerecommend.



Wealsoreceiveamonthlycommission

paymentofupto22%foraslongasyou

continuetoholdthepolicy.



Example–onanyinsurancepolicies

implemented,

ifyourpremiumwas$1,000,we

wouldreceiveaninitialcommissionofupto

$660andanongoingcommissionofupto

$220perannum.Onolderpolicieswemay

receiveacommissionofupto33%.



Thefeesrangeforlumpsumclaimsfrom7.5%

onthefirst$100,000andupto5%of

remainingamountwithanundefinedcap.The

finalfeechargedwillbedependentonthe

amountofworkinvolved.Forexample,ona

successfullumpsum

claimof$500,000wemay

chargeyou7.5%onthefirst$100,000and$5%

onthenext$400,000,equalingafeeof

$27,500includingGST.



ForIncomeProtectionclaimswechargean

hourlyratebetween$330and$660(GST

inclusive)fortheclaimsservices.



Wemayalsoreceive

otherbenefitsfrom

productproviderssuchastraining,mealsand

entertainment.Detailsofanybenefitsreceived

above$100willbemaintainedonaregister

whichisavailabletoyouonrequest.

ReferralFeesand

Commissions



Insomesituations,wepayfeesor

commissionstoexternalpartieswhohave

referredyoutous.Wherewehaveinplace

areferralarrangementwithathirdparty

wemaypayareferralfeebetween20%

and30%ofyourinsurancecommissions.

Forexample,ifwerecommendyoutake

upinsurancewithacommissionof$1,000

wemaypay$200to$300tothereferring

party.Wewilldisclosethereferral

arrangementstoyouwhenweprovideyou

withanSoA.
