which real property is sold to the highest
bidder in order to recover delinquent
(unpaid) property taxes.

The Auction Process
Tax deed sales are conducted online beginning at 11:00
a.m. at www.pinellas.realtaxdeed.com on scheduled
tax deed sale dates. You may also check the online
auction calendar for upcoming tax deed sales at the
above website.
Payment
Tax deed bidders must register and place a $200.00
deposit or 5% of the highest bid (whichever is greater)
for each property they may be bidding upon during the
tax deed sale at www.pinellas.realtaxdeed.com. If you are
the successful bidder, your $200.00 deposit will be
applied toward the high bid amount and the remainder
of the bid is due within 24 hours from the advertised time
of the sale.
If payment of the nal bid and all associated fees are
not made within 24 hours, the deposit will become
non-refundable and the high bidder may be barred
from participating in future tax deed sales for a period
of one year.
All sales are nal and no refunds for sold properties
will be issued.
