ORDER INFORMATION
Affiliation fees must be paid before placing
an order for NHS insignia merchandise.
Orders from any school that does not have
a current affiliation at the time the order is
received will be returned via mail or fax.
Order online at www.nhs.us/store, or use the
enclosed order form. Additional forms are
also available in the online store.
To expedite your order, please include
the item number of each item ordered.
Check shipping and handling information
carefully. Be sure to complete your street
address, telephone number, and affiliation
information. The name and address of the
school to which the order is sent must
appear on the order form; orders without a
school name will be returned.
Please do not duplicate your order; if it is
processed twice, you will be responsible for
return shipping and handling charges. Prices
are valid July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.

Placing Your Order
Online: All items listed in this catalog are
available for order online at www.nhs.
us/store. We accept American Express,
Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and e-checks.
Phone: You may also place an order with a
credit card by calling the NHS Sales Office
at 866-647-7253, Monday through Friday,
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET). We accept
American Express, Discover, MasterCard,
and Visa.
Mail: Send your order form and check to
National Honor Society, P.O. Box 417939,

If you need a product invoice in order to have
a check cut, please shop online at www.nhs.
us/store and select the green Print Quote tab
at checkout. Then send that and your check
to the P.O. Box address above.

TAX EXEMPT FOR PA AND VA CUSTOMERS
NASSP is required to collect sales tax for
items shipped to customers in Pennsylvania
and Virginia. If you submit a completed PA
Exemption Certificate–Form REV-1220 or VA
Exemption Certificate–Form ST-12, no tax
will be collected. Please fax the form to 703-
476-9321 or mail it to NASSP c/o Accounts
Receivable, 1904 Association Dr., Reston, VA
20191.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We no longer accept purchase orders. This
became effective July 1, 2015. Please see the
Placing Your Order section for
additional options.
CUSTOM CLOTHING

Torchlight, please refer to pages 20 and 21.
PUBLICATION DISCOUNTS
Unless noted otherwise in the catalog,
regular discounts on quantities of the same
title shipped to the same address are:
10–24 copies 20% discount
25–99 copies 30% discount
100 or more copies 35% discount
Please apply discounts before adding
shipping and handling charges. Publication
discounts do not apply to the
National Honor
Society Handbook
and National Honor
Society brochures, insignia merchandise,
clothing, or merchandise.
SPRING INDUCTIONS
Because of the volume of orders received
from March through June, please allow up
to four weeks for delivery of all publications
and insignia merchandise during this time.
Incomplete orders received during this
period will be returned to you via mail or
fax. Please place your order for spring NHS
inductions by April 1, 2021.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are not available for
lettered, engraved, or personalized items.
Returns and exchanges on other items will
be accepted up to 30 days from the date of
receipt; open your package immediately
upon receipt. NHS is not responsible for
return postage or for claims received after
30 days. Refunds are not available for sale
items. We do not accept returns
from bookstores.
All returns must be received by NHS in
resalable condition. Shrink-wrapped items
may not be returned if shrink wrap has been
removed. A copy of the original packing slip
must accompany each return. Please include
a statement regarding the reason for the
return or exchange. Return authorization
is not necessary, but we do suggest that
you return the items to NHS via a traceable
method of shipment (such as UPS). NHS is
not responsible for returns not received.
