HELPFUL HINTS FOR DISABLING POP-UP BLOCKERS

(For Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, and Safari Internet Browsers)

For a Google Chrome internet browser on a computer running Windows:

By default, Chrome will notify you when a popup is blocked and give you an option to see it.

To turn off pop-up blockers in Chrome, follow these instructions:

Step 1. Click the GEAR icon on the upper right corner of the Internet Explorer internet browser.

Step 2. Select “Internet options.”

Step 4. Uncheck “Turn on Pop-up Blocker” to disable the pop-up blocker.

For a Mozilla Firefox internet browser on a computer running Windows:

Step 1. Select the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner of the browser.

Step 3. Select the “Privacy & Security” tab.

Step 4. To disable the pop-up blocker, uncheck the “Block pop-up windows” box below Permissions.

Step 5. To allow specific pop-ups, click “Exceptions” and enter the URL apps.gateway.dor.ky.gov in the :Address
