CHILD CARE VEHICLE INSPECTION
Pursuant to the Broward County Child Care Ordinance 2004-2, Section 7-9(f), all vehicles used to transport children shall
be inspected annually by a qualified certified mechanic to ensure proper working order. Documentation of the
inspection by the mechanic shall be maintained in the vehicle and at the facility.
