Reciprocity Policy
The Office of Career Services has adopted the following reciprocity policy:
1. Services are available only to those ABA-accredited law schools outside the
Chicagoarea that allow students and/or alumni from Loyola University Chicago
School of Law use of their facilities.
2. Requests for reciprocity can be made to only one Chicago-area school per
student/graduate.
3. Reciprocity is not available among Chicago-area schools.
4. Temporary access to our on-line job posting services (via https://law-
luc.12twenty.com) are available to a particular student or alumnus for four
months as determined by the date of original request. No renewals/extensions
will be granted. Students and graduates will not be eligible to re-request
reciprocity from Loyola University Chicago School of Law until one year from the
date of their original request.
5. All requests for services can be made via e-mail to [email protected] by the
student's/graduate's career services office. Requests may not be made directly
by the student/graduate.
6. The Office of Career Services may deny services to any school surpassing four
(4) requests within a given calendar year or to individuals who misuse the
facilities or services.
7. Without exception, students and graduates of other schools will not be permitted
to schedule on-campus interview appointments with prospective employers or
participate in any resume collect handled through our office.
8. Students and graduates of other schools will also not be allowed to schedule
counseling appointments with Loyola University Chicago School of Law career
counselors.
